Welcome To Pinecrest

Idyllic South Miami residential village with larger lots perfect for families.

If you are not from Miami, you may have not heard of Pinecrest until now. But, Pinecrest is a South Miami village that prides itself in providing top-notch family living in a more subdued and quiet environment. Incorporated in 1996, it has only gotten better with time.  Since the onset of Covid-19 and with many North Easterners relocating to Miami, Pinecrest is in high demand.

One of the top draws of Pinecrest is Pinecrest Gardens or South Florida’s Cultural Center. Pinecrest Gardens features more than 1,000 different species of plants and trees. It is a delightful place for the family to enjoy. This park is on the former site of Parrot Jungle and holds the popular Farmer’s market on a weekly basis.

While prices have increased up to 30% in Pinecrest, your pocket goes a longer way here. There is a myriad of options from Mediterranean to modern homes in Pinecrest, with some occupying up to multiple acres. In 2011, the South Florida Business Journal recognized Pinecrest as one of the ten best places in Florida for "quality of life."

Pinecrest is about a 40-minute drive from downtown Miami.  It borders Coral Gables to the east, Palmetto Bay on the south and South Miami on the northeast side.
