At the core of Casa Neos is its stunning two-story restaurant, taking diners on a sensory voyage through the Aegean Islands. Casa Neos' kitchen is spearheaded by culinary maestro Chef Michaël Michaelidis, who has worked in award-winning restaurants that have obtained 26 Michelin stars. The menu is a vibrant tribute to Mediterranean flavors and traditions. Drawing from his illustrious tenure with the Robuchon Group, Chef Michaelidis presents dishes that celebrate the finest seasonal produce and seafood. From the raw bar to the wood-fired ovens, each plate is a masterful blend of modern techniques and authentic Mediterranean essence.
The dining experience is made even more enchanting by the restaurant’s captivating ambiance. Designed by Barcelona's celebrated Lázaro Rosa-Violán, the interiors harmoniously merge Greek, Moroccan, and other Mediterranean influences, whisking guests away to the shores of the Aegean Sea.

Scheduled to open in fall 2024, the Casa Neos Boutique Hotel marks RDG's first foray into hospitality lodging. This exclusive retreat features just four luxurious suites, each inspired by the core elements of nature—Gaia, Terra, Aura, and Luna. With warm, muted tones, natural surfaces, handcrafted details, and original artwork, each suite promises an unparalleled level of luxury and personalization.
Also debuting in fall 2024 is Noora, a rooftop haven celebrating the culinary and cultural traditions of Morocco and North Africa. Featuring a European-limestone fountain and a fragrant orange blossom tree, Noora offers a unique "MediterrAfrican" dining and lounge experience with captivating ambiance and stunning views of the Miami skyline.
For a private retreat along the Miami River, the Casa Neos MM Beach Club provides a serene, luxurious escape. Inspired by sun-drenched summers, this urban oasis includes a warm saltwater pool, wooden deck, oversized parasols, plush sunbeds, and private cabanas.
