We at the APT TEAM of Douglas Elliman are very proud and privileged to be part of the transformative Park Grove. We still have amazing opportunities but we have delivered the boutique 66 residences known as One Park Grove, culminating with the crown jewel at Park Grove.
It takes a village to build a village. What a collaborative effort – from the vision of the incomparable REM Koolhaas and Shohei Shigematsu of OMA to the beautiful interiors by Meyer Davis, the splendid grounds by Enea Design, the flawless design by Wecselman Design of two superb residences, to the execution of developers Terra Group and Related Group, to marketing, contract administrator, punch list and contractor support and of course to Douglas Ellimam Development Group, team leaders, developer partners and bosses, managers and fellow colleagues (current and former). It has been a ride.
