Miami Beach’s world class convention center is getting a matching world class hotel in the Grand Hyatt.
Construction is starting on the Bernrdo Fort Brescia designed development with completion set for 2025.
The Grand Hyatt will feature 800 rooms and 90,000 square feet of meeting and conference space to supplement the convention center.
It will also offer two pools, high-tech gym and a Grand Hyatt Club lounge.
The space will also house five different food and beverage outlets, including a signature restaurant.
The project will also bring renovations to the Fillmore Jackie Gleson Theater, with updates to the loading docks and hack-of-house.
Miami is truly becoming an international hub of the highest order!
