Adding to the Miami River’s allure is Riviera Dining Group’s ambitious Casa Neos, a 30,000-square-foot property featuring a five-star boutique hotel, an exclusive members-only beach club, and a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant.
Casa Neos Restaurant, led by Chef Michaël Michaelidis, serves up Mediterranean cuisine and expertly crafted cocktails for lunch and dinner. The property also boasts Noora, a rooftop restaurant and lounge celebrating the flavors of Lebanon, Turkey, and Morocco.
The crown jewel, however, is the Casa Neos MM Beach Club, a private riverfront escape complete with a warm saltwater pool, sunbeds, private cabanas, and an exclusive 45-foot boat. This three-tower project will introduce 700 new residential units. The first two towers, Lofty Brickell and a 43-story residential building, are already under construction. The third tower, a towering 59-story condominium with 169 units, is awaiting approval from the Miami Urban Development Review Committee.
