The Wynwood Arts District in Miami has exploded in popularity and is now creating housing and hotel options after long not having either.
Arlo Wynwood is set to be the area’s first hotel and will also become a culinary and nightlife hot spot.
A rooftop bar will be created and curated by the minds behind the Broken Shaker, one of the Magic City’s and country’s most highly rated bars.
It will also feature a massive 2,666 sqft. restaurant for James Beard Award finalist Brad Kilgore.
Arlo will have just nine stories and 217 rooms and will embrace the areas art culture with Miami-based artists work being features throughout the hotel.
