Private equity company Tomas Bravo is the newest company moving to Miami. The firm is relocating from Chicago, inking a 37,000 SF lease at the 55-story 830 Brickell. 830 is the Class A office building being developed by OKO Group and Cain International. It is being designed by architects Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill, designers of the world’s tallest building -The Burj Khalifa in Dubai.
Thomas Bravo will move permanently to 830 Brickell by late 2022 once the tower is delivered. They will be moving from their current temporary Miami location at WeWork’s Wynwood Garage.

Tomas Bravo’s expansion in Miami comes on the heels of other companies including Blackstone, Microsoft, Icahn Enterprises, Marathon Asset Management, Balyasny Asset Management, Hidden Lake Asset Managemen, Hagerty Garage and Social and Nucleus Research.
There are 10 other companies from the tech, finance and law sector in active conversation with the developers to occupy 300,000 sqft of 830 Brickell.
